VFW Maintenance is a group of maintenance professionals focused on repairing, maintaining, and improving our client’s properties. VFW has been working with hundreds of property owners over the past years. We offer competitive fees and their employees are covered by workman’s comp insurance as well as liability insurance to protect our customers. Many handymen don’t have the property insurance exposing their clients to a risk if someone gets hurt.

VFW Maintenance works largely on the rental properties of our owners, and as well as property management companies, keeping their investments properly maintained. Our staff is trained in how to act with residents and basic habitability laws. Our owner has been a licensed real estate broker since 1991. He owns a large property management company in the area (www.SIGrentals.com) and is very familiar with how rental properties should be maintained.
